BACK IN FLOW…

Hello and Happy Thursday!

Today I took a moment to send my love to my brother, who died when he was 34 and I was 35 because today is his birthday. I’m happy he’s free of the challenges he faced in the earth plane and now has the time to reinvent his next life path.

He really struggled in life and was in prison shortly before he died. He drew me a picture, which is on my wall and the only picture I have that he ever drew. It is special to me and I get to see it every day in my office. I send you my love and hope it carries you wherever you want to go Scott!

BIRTHDAY GIFTS!

The picture you see here is of an amazing piece of spiritual art Emma gave me. She had me answer a few questions about myself in my hand writing. Emma then gave that piece of paper with my writing to a lady who is a spiritual artist.

This amazing lady then taps into an individual’s essence and channels a message for them in the form of art. She gives a reading on the back of the art piece and the reading was amazingly accurate to my experience of life and of myself. Very cool!

Again, many thanks to all of you who sent me birthday cards and gifts. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bountiful birthday in my life! I got stones, oils, a stunning hand-crafted survival knife from Gunilla Bloomberg, and much more.

AH, MY GARDEN!

Since coming home from the conference, I’ve had very little rest due to the number of people who were in from other cities and countries that wanted some time to do healing work with me.

I’ve gone out to my rock garden twice now and was so tired I couldn’t muster much energy to create and build so I just sat out there and appreciated my playpen. I did build one little stack but stopped after that to rest and recover.

In this image, you can see what my rock garden looks like as the sun starts going down. I can’t even imagine how much stress would be trapped in my body-mind if it weren’t for my garden! Such an amazing healing tool and one I which every child and adult could experience regularly.

Regular visits to the garden to play and develop relationships with the beings of nature could significantly heal the planet by cultivating awareness in the people.

Today I’ll be conducting healing sessions for clients and doing some phone coaching. My buddy Rory Mullin is leaving today to return to Toronto; I’ll miss the falcon!

Tomorrow, I’ll be facilitating another PPS  zen in the Garden workshop at my home so I may not be able to get a blog done for Friday.

I hope you all enjoy your weekend. I’ll be back in swing with blogs starting Monday.

Soon, I’ll post information on how to order the CHEK Conference audio and DVD recordings so you can all enjoy the many amazing presentations!

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
