On my Spirit Gym podcast, I’ve talked a lot about the benefits of raising your vibration — grounding yourself instantly and opening your heart to love for all living beings — but not so much about how to do it.

In this video, I’ll demonstrate the process for raising your vibration easily, simply and gently with heart-centered breathing, paying attention to your dominant hand and recognizing the position of the tongue in your mouth (the microcosmic orbit).

Positioning is so important to achieve the maximum benefit. If you’re doing this correctly, as you’re bringing oxygen into your body through a deep belly breath, you’ll feel energy gently rising up your spine and ending behind your front teeth.

Also, I’ll demonstrate how to do heart-breathing with help from your imagination. Here, I breathe God’s love into me and allow it fill all of my heart and being.

As a spiritual practice, I recommend working up to 20 minutes a day, not unlike a tai chi or meditation practice.
