Often, the best advice is the simplest… except when it comes to the best diet for your health, the subject of this week’s blog.

When anyone tells you X diet is better than Y diet, they are always wrong! Based on the vast knowledge I’ve accumulated over more than 40-plus years, not one single diet works for everyone every day, all the time, 24-7.

In fact, the more rigid you are about what and how you eat, the more unhealthy you’ll likely be. For example, talk to a vegan, and you see right away why beans and legumes are no permanent substitute for protein derived from animals or fish.

dangerous lie

If you’re stuck on eating a specific diet every day, remember this: No two people are exactly the same genetically or spiritually, meaning the human body requires different kinds of nutrition to handle stress and the environment and live their lives.

I’ll explain the limits of popular diets you’ve heard about all over the place and how metabolic typing and inner feedback make more of a difference to your overall health than nearly anything you’ll read in a book.

Love and chi,

Paul
