When buying food for you and your family, what’s your first instinct? Are you shopping for great deals or making wise choices for your health?

If your motivation is saving money, the chances are dead-on that you’re probably buying what I call dead food that’s drenched in pesticides, fungicides, rodenticides and the like, or, in the case of farm animals, fed and poisoned by it.

Walking through the average grocery store creates the illusion of choice because there’s so many different companies making multiple versions of the same food, yet next to none of it is actually good for you.
