A GOOD TRIP TO TORONTO

Good Thursday to You!
Wednesday afternoon, Angie Lustrick came to visit me at the house and share some time together. I really needed some heavy lifting for my body that day and Angie was as ready as ever to get into some bigger rocks with me.

Above, you can see the stack Angie and I created together. It took us some time because it is a very complex stack with big stones and this was only Angie’s second stack ever. She did fantastic!

She is like Vidya in that she can pick up the big ones and stack them. We worked into the night because we were having so much fun and loved our new creation.

Here’s a photo of our first love child at the time of it’s birth.

After we had some lovely dinner with Vidya, Angie headed home and I began the process of packing for our early departure the next morning.

OFF TO TORONTO!

Vidya, Penny and I got a very early start yesterday. We and I had to get up at 4:15 AM to get to the airport for an early flight to LA in route to Toronto. Poor Penny isn’t a morning person at all, so her willingness to drive us to the airport at that time of the morning is a true expression of love! ☺

Our trip to Toronto was smooth overall. When we arrived in Toronto, the airport staff couldn’t get the electronic door to the hallway to customs open and we all stood there for about 15:00 while they figured out what was wrong!which turned out to be a poorly informed employee by the look of it!

Once we got free to head to customs, we got our next surprise. As you can see in my photo, we couldn’t even get down the two escalators to enter the customs hall because they were overflowing.

There were a good 300 people in line ahead of us, above and beyond the full customs hall ahead of us once we finally got there! All in all, it took us only an hour to get through customs and get our bag. I’ve seen worse for sure.

Rory was waiting patiently for us and it was lovely to see my buddy again.

As usual, Rory came complete with amazing food created by his mother and bags of lovely organic drinks and foods.

If there’s anyone that knows about the importance of eating and living well on the road, it’s Rory. He travels constantly with the basketball team and shares the rigors of the road with me! He makes Toronto a lovely destination for Penny, Vidya and I.

Penny will arrive next week to help me with Can Fit Pro; most of my presentations are sold out now.

There is more room in my one day pre-conference workshop titled, How To Work-In on Thursday. This is a great workshop for anyone wanting to learn the principles of using exercise or movement to cultivate more life-force and keep themselves healthy.

Even my most advanced students have attended this workshop and picked up new methods they enjoyed so now’s your chance to learn the basics of vitality building and stress management! Hope to see you there!

Today we will go visit our buddy Mat Nichol for a good deadlift session in his gym. We will gather some more great food (Vidya’s doing that now) and get ready to begin PPS Success Mastery Lesson 1. How To Find and Live Your Legacy tomorrow.

I don’t do this as a live workshop too often so I’m glad we’ve got a good turnout. This is my most essential PPS training program because it is essentially the step we all need to go through to get clear on what our 1 Love is. Once we have identified our 1 Love worth living and thriving for, then we can establish core values that are congruent with living that dream.

I hope you all enjoy your day and that I’m goint to see some of you tomorrow at the PPS Lesson 1. Live workshop!

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
