Good Tuesday to You!
I hope you had an enjoyable day yesterday.
I had a day of exploring the great polarities of life and personalities yesterday.
While I had to deal with the realities of being a leader and the many challenges that come with the territory, I also had the joy of a quiet deadlifting session in the gym and two beautiful tai-chi sessions.
I finished my day by drawing my challenges and my inner-pain and did my best to create beauty out of it so I could remind myself that I’m capable of choosing a healthy perspective.

Commentary:
Its pretty simple: If we don’t take responsibility for cultivating our own love, we become dead.
When we do, we learn to feel the spring breeze of love.
In that experience, we begin to dance.
