LOVE ~*~*~ FRIENDSHIP

Hello and Happy Day!

I feel FANTASTIC! Today. I spent the last three days with my beautiful soul~Brother Ruben Serrano who came to visit me from Miami. Ruben and I have always enjoyed each other’s company. We generally only get to meet when he’s taking a course with me somewhere in the world, or when I’m teaching in Miami. I finally found time in my schedule to have Ruben come stay and visit with Penny, Vidya and I at home.

I love to share my spiritual practices with my clients and friends when they are with me. Just prior to Ruben arriving, the stones told me that it was time for something completely new. Here you can see Ruben and I in the beginning stages of what we would build together.

By the end of the first day together, we had built the beginnings of an infinity loop.

Though the project was too big to complete, I will be working on it over the week and will show you what occurs if I don’t end up making a mistake and collapsing the whole configuration! Stacking stones requires tremendous patients, presence, strength and a definite sense of humor; I’ve worked all day and had some of my most beautiful creations collapse as I was putting the last rock on! I have learned that keeping an open heart and mind with the willingness to practice creating beauty is essential if we are to reach our potential in any relationship(s).

Often, either while I’m in the rock garden meditating, I have visions. Many of the visions end up being the art you may have seen on my blog. When you look at this piece of art, pay close attention to the head; this image represents Adam making Love to Eve, yet, Adam is depicted here as my own face (Adam means Creature of the Earth, of Earthly Slime – Eve means “Life~Force”). The black area represents space – where matter and mind become one; the inverted image of my head above represents the building of our light-body, which is our body in the afterlife. Now, look at the picture below of me carrying stones while in deep meditation so I can communicate with the Stone~Buddhas!

This image was taken by Vidya, who’s got an uncanny ability to capture the subtle energy dimensions around life. Notice how concentrated and intact my lower body gets as you move toward my feet; this is because of the tremendous power of Mother Earth’s yin energy, which compresses light into form. As you look progressively up my body, you see the principle of yang or light becoming more dominant; this is largely because when I’m meditating as I work, I become one with the light emerging from the stones and nature; they all guide and direct me because they too enjoy the energy shifts created in “their space”.

Here, you can see the size of the stones Ruben and I were moving. Many of them are 300 pounds or more, and they don’t have legs! There is nothing in the gym that even comes close to preparing you for stonework. The people in the gym that you think are strong often become confused bystanders when it comes to grappling with a stone that has no handles, is covered with sharp edges, bugs, slime, and shit from birds and animals. We do most of this work with bare hands and feet to stay completely tuned to the nature spirits and to honor the soil; the human foot is very congruent with nature, yet shoes are potentially very disruptive to nature, particularly to the soil microorganism, worms, insects and other life~forms. So, for those of you who wrote or called the institute saying things like, “Paul looks so skinny”, or, “Paul looks like he’s got cancer”, or “Paul doesn’t look healthy on a vegetarian diet”!I’m confident a few hours in the rock garden with Paul would challenge such ideas! Paul is now eating fish as I’ve stated before, but, even when Paul wasn’t, Paul was very healthy and strong.

Here you can see Ruben and I celebrating our time together as we create a yoni for the stone lingam. Though you can’t really tell from the image, This stack is a spiral and looks like a strand of DNA from the side where Ruben is. It was a very complex stack to build due to all the rotation.

Well, that’s what Ruben and I were up to. We finished our three days together by going and visiting my friend Richard Learmont, who is a sound healer in Escondido. Richard gave Ruben and I a lovely sound healing session. We both felt as though we were catapulted into the stars and became part of the cosmic dance.
