The I-WE-ALL of Love

Happy Monday to You!

Well, I’m getting closer and closer to coming home. Though I do love Australia, there’s no place like home and Penny and I board the plane for the long flight in a few hours.

I had a fantastic time teaching the workshops this past weekend. Friday and Saturday I taught: An Integrated Approach to Stretching: The Art and Science of Flexibility Training and Sunday, How to Work In to eager students.

One participant and her 16 year old daughter told me, “We loved the workshop!”, so that was cool because its a deep workshop.

Before the weekend, Penny, Angie and I had a few days off were we got to enjoy some unhurried workouts at Donal and Cathy Carr’s facility, Place of Chi, time in the surf at the beach and some nice terrain around Sydney.

Here you can see Angie sitting on my back adding to my “load” for maximum benefit.

The I-WE-ALL of Love

My vlog today explores the concept of taking care of yourself first, so you can authentically be a support to both others, and the world.

I WE ALL Of Love Blk Bd

For various religious and cultural reasons, a significant number of people suffer unhealthy levels of stress and get diseases such as heart disease because they give, give, give too much of themselves to others.

In my video blog today, I share some of my observations as to why this occurs, how dangerous it is, and how we can actually do MUCH more for ourselves, each other, and the world be changing our perspective from that of the religiously programmed to that of the true spiritualist.
