What is the Best Diet?!
Happy Monday!
I hope you are all well.
Thank you to all of you who viewed and left comments on my latest vlog on my blog site, and youtube.com.
In my vlog today, I spend just under 30 minutes sharing my perspective on one of the most important questions I get regularly, “What is the best diet?!”
I share my opinion and personal experience with key issues such as:
1. Paleo eating.
2. What do is do if I don’t want to kill animals (for food)?
3. My response to those that taut “this or that diet as BEST”…
I also share my personal life-experience with:
1. Vegetarianism
2. Veganism
3. Metabolic Typing Diets
4. “Flex-a-tarian” eating.
I share the importance of being aware of the influences of:
A. Your genetic needs.
B. Your specific stress factors.
C. Your Specific needs, and
D. Environmental concerns (both internal and external).
My conclusion:
There is no diet that is right for anyone, and there is no diet that is right for anyone for extended periods of time.
There is a great opportunity to observe how your body-mind changes as your diet changes, and adjust so you get optimum responses.
This is the only way we can facilitate the creation of our own dreams in life. This is the only way we can become healthy living examples for others to follow in route to making the world a better place for our children to inherit!
Healthy people make healthy choices and have the energy to take action – lead by example.
I hope you enjoy my video blog today!
She’s A Beauty! Bobcat visit today!
Well, I’ve been missing the bobcats lately. They stopped coming around during CHEK Level 4 training. We’ve had a lot of people here lately and I think they don’t want to get close to people they don’t know.
I’ve been walking around the property calling to them and letting the Bobcat Spirit know we’d love to see them again.
Well, today, this beautiful little female showed up in my window right in front of me as I was preparing this blog.
So, there you go. You get to see her beauty too!
Angie Lustirck and my son, Paul Chek Jr. came to visit me and help me finish a batch of herbal remedy I was making for myself.
When we’d blow tobacco smoke to the medicine pot, a beautiful flower pattern would appear in bubbles and accumulations of particulate. We decided to draw it together so we could share it with others.
I hope you enjoy looking at it and feeling it.
Feel free to leave us a note in the comments section and let us know what you feel when looking at it and connecting to it?
If you click on the image it will enlarge; you can feel the energy and information better if you get back somewhere between 6-20 feet depending on how big it is on your screen.
Well, that’s it for today.
I’m also working on a blog explaining the dangers of using wrist straps when lifting weights, so hopefully I’ll have that for you Wednesday.
Love and chi,
Paul Chek
