How To Make an AWESOME Espresso: TIPS Pt. 2 of 3

Happy Wednesday to You!

I hope you are all happy, well, and are enjoying my blogs.

Paul Espresso

Today in my vlog, I share how I make espresso, and give a variety of tips for decreasing your risks of complications and for enhancing the coffee/espresso experience.

Making espresso has been a passion of mine for a very long time. Even when I’m off of coffee, I like to make it for my friends. To me, it’s an art form.

Above, you can see a photo of me making espresso with a nice little La Pavoni machine at my buddy, Joakim Detner’s home in Ronneby, Sweden. The photo below is Joakim making himself a shot to start our day.

Joakim also loves fine food and espresso, and he and his wife are very skilled Naturopaths and CHEK Practitioners who I always enjoy visiting. (website for Joakim’s Blog: https://jdettner.blogspot.com/).

I have shared my espresso making tips with a myriad of people around the world. In fact, at one point, I owned six beautiful espresso machines, each of which waited patiently for me to arrive at one of my common teaching/lecturing destinations around the world.

Through my experiences, I certainly explored the light, and dark side of the whole coffee issue. Regardless of the negatives, I still love making and sharing espresso with my friends, and the CHEK Instructors when they are visiting to teach or study with me.

See how I make an awesome espresso ~ Paul Chek style today!

I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed making the espresso and tasting it!

In my next blog Friday I’ll share how you can get off coffee.

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
