A BIG Weekend!

Happy Monday Everyone!

It was a big weekend for me, and the institute. I traveled to Los Angeles for the World Congress On Low Back Pain to give a workshop on Integrated Core Conditioning. I shared my totem pole concept as a means of evaluating the essential factors that ultimately, control the core. You can learn more about this by viewing my video titled, CHEK Principles on www.chekconnect.com, or you can read my article series titled, Scientific Balance Training at www.ptonthenet.com, which is a membership site.

Chris Maund taught C.H.E.K Level 2 here at the institute. You can see me here with Chris and his class at the institute. The students really seemed to be enjoying themselves and learning a lot, which I always enjoy seeing.

While all these events were taking place, Mandy Love from the Institute and Ashley Mazurek our Team CHEK Presneter was at East Coast Alliance, a exercise and wellness conference that I love to attend in Miami. I couldn’t be there this year due to having committed myself to teaching at the World Congress On Low Back Pain in L.A., but I know Ashley’s a great teacher and does a wonderful job of sharing her love of the human body and spirit with people. You can see Mandy (left), Ashley (center), and Jacqueline Blake in the photo here.

I had a lovely day off on Sunday. I did the piece of art and wrote the accompanying poem you see here. What does it say to you?

I also had a chance to get my camera out just as the sun was setting in hopes of catching another shot of the etheric realm and I was successful. I love seeing the beautiful flowers and patterns that emerge in the light. As I catch more of them, I’ll share them with you. I had some absolutely mind-blowing images with all sorts of people in them but unfortunately, I’d just got my new iphone and when I plugged it in to download them, my computer erased them!bummer! But I’ll get more as soon as I can and share the amazing depth and beauty of (our) Nature with you!

Wishing you all a BEAUTIFUL day!

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
