Hello from Heaven! ~*~

Happy Monday from Heaven!

“Heaven” is the name I’ve given to my new office location. It is truly heaven to me, and Vidya too.

I don’t think I’ve stopped packing and unpacking for a couple weeks now. It’s been a LOT of work, but I can’t say how great it feels to have Great Spirit respond to my affirmations of my dream.

I have so much to share with people to help them live a full, healthy, vital life and I really needed to put myself in an environment that allows me to fully live my holistic body-mind philosophy.

It is Done!
It is Done!
It is Done!
A HO! Great Spirit!

Many of you saw my library while visiting the Institute for courses and know there are a lot of books I’ve collected throughout my career in there. Well, it turns out that there was about 140 boxes of books.

Putting them in the boxes was the easy part. Moving, cleaning, and properly restocking the shelves turns out to be twice the time and work! But how nice to have a clean, orderly library.

Here you can see me packing the gym with my buddy Ryan Hughes and one of his racers; thanks for the help guys!

I have a range of dumbbells all the way up to 200 pounds and believe me, putting them on and taking them off a moving truck is a hell of a workout! That would be enough in itself, but that was only a warm-up for the whole of the gym equipment that I could take with me to my new, smaller gym space.

The C.H.E.K Institute offices will be moving soon to a new location as well, so what you are seeing here is my personal office and gym space. I personally need to be away from the corporate environment and people in general when I’m doing my developmental work so I chose to isolate myself in heaven.

Here you can see Vidya standing in an almost Institute empty gym; we’ll be having a moving sale to liquidate a lot of the other equipment in the gym once they are ready to move the Institute to it’s new, more efficient location.

I absolutely loved my gym at the Institute. It was strange to leave it all and start anew, but I carry the blessing of countless good times and friendships from this gym with me. I did some great lifting there.

Here is my new gym being assembled. Ah, yes, there’s those dumbbells again!

This is the Titan Moving crew. These guys were amazing!

They worked 12-14 hours each day and barely stopped to take a pee! They were conscientious and did a great job of moving everything without breaking things or damaging the buildings!what a relief. Thanks Guys! You were fantastic!

THE FIRST WORKOUT IN HEAVEN!

Here I am in my now functioning new gym. I need a bit more rubber, but we’ll get to that soon.

It’s lovely to have the doors open and be exposed to the elements. I’m at 1300 ft. elevation here, which really makes a huge difference in weather and environment.

My home is only 10 miles away, but the difference in temperature and humidity is significant. My new location is a beautiful mix of mountain and desert. It can get very chilly here at night, and be about 10 degrees hotter here than on the coast on any given day.

Two days ago, Ryan Hughes told me it was 27 degrees in the morning and he lives one hill away from me. It certainly keeps you in your center during tai-chi!

Here you can see me enjoying my first workout in my new gym. I warmed up progressively to 405 and played there for a while. I found out that my back hadn’t recovered from all the moving so I didn’t push myself too hard. I’m wiser now that I’ve aged some!Thank God!

This is my first reptilian crawl session in my new space. The reptile is reaching out to you to see if you have any nice treats since this is the end of his workout.

This is Vidya’s new and beautiful office.

The views from her window are stunning, which she really loves. She’s worked amazingly hard throughout the move and I don’t know how I’d have done it without her. She can do the work of two others easily. She feels like she’s in heaven here too, so it’s been worth it for her.

Every window here has a view of nature. The kitchen is an amazing place to prepare food and Vidya is happy to have a great facility.

This is a cool tree stump I found on the property.

I’m standing a couple hundred feet above the lake on the edge of a steep canyon. This tree make a base for its stump out of the stone, and sent it’s roots way down the cliff to get enough to hold onto and eat.It proved it could handle the forces of nature, but had no defense against the man with a chainsaw. Such is the nature of creation in The Garden.

I’m sorry it’s been a while since I posted a blog. I’m looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and sharing a little something of myself each day with you.

I and the C.H.E,K Institute truly excited to share my approach to Healing From Fungal and Parasite infections. We are supposed to hear back from the duplicators regarding the Fungus and Parasite Program this week. As soon as the first discs are tested for functionality and quality, we will open the floodgates and start taking orders. My approach is truly holistic and my program offers essential knowledge as to why people get fungal and parasite infections, as well as giving you all the knowledge of lifestyle factors that are related to them.

I’m working on other exciting projects I’ll share with you as soon as I can.

I hope you all conceive of your life in ideal terms so you can live it that way. It works for me!

Getting clear on what you do want is the first essential first step. Making peace with where you are now and freeing yourself of negative energies is the next essential step.

Taking action toward the creation of your dream only happens efficiently when you’ve completed the first two steps.

Believe me, I’ve tried different paths and they don’t work nearly as well as the above steps.

Love and chi,

Paul Chek
