Sugar and Meat

Happy Friday To You!

I had a relaxed day yesterday. I took my time reading in the morning and enjoyed a lovely Vidya made breakfast of crispy fried potatoes (in organic ghee), salad, two sunny side up eggs and salsa. Lovely!

While I was away, Paul Jr found this cool contest posted through the NY Times: Subject: The Ethicist Calling All Carnivores Tell Us Why It’s Ethical to Eat Meat

I encourage all of you to enter the contest, particularly the CHEK HLC Practitioners! You can read about the guidelines and make your submission here:

Today, I’m headed up to Riverside, CA. to visit The Ultimate CHEK Professional, Angie Lustrick. I’m going to do a trial run on her Biomeridian machine and see where I can improve my health 🙂

I’m also excited to see her facility and meet her staff. I’m very proud of Angie. She lives the CHEK Principles through and through and it shows in her health, vitality and intelligence.

Thanks for sharing a day with me Angie!

Recently, 60 minutes did an expose on Sugar!

They covered many of the points that Master CHEK Professional Annie Niewenhous (Level 4) exposed in her CHEK Thesis on Sugar and which she presented at our CHEK Conference last year.

Check it out and share it with your friends and family:

So, I hope you all take some time over the weekend to enjoy your own special “Peace Point.”

Enjoy your weekend!

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
