Women Don’t Know Their Anatomy With Emily Abbott
For as long as I’ve been a therapist (getting closer to 40 years), it never ceases to amaze me how many women I work with who just don’t understand their femininity and how that makes them so very different from men.
Based on my experience, much of the health problems so many women face falls back on too many of them relying on birth control pills that detach them from their true feminine essence.
Basically, we have multiple generations of women who don’t know (or never really learned) how to take care of their own bodies.
This disconnect is completely by design, according to my recent Living 4D guest Emily Abbott who makes a living showing women how to discover their sexuality and so much more.
“When a woman is that disconnected, she’s also unable to make a stand and use her voice to really make changes in the world because she is used to deferring to outside sources for her wisdom.”
I felt moved to share this excerpt from my recent Living 4D podcast with Emily as one more way to get the conversation started and to help the woman in your life reconnect with their bodies, their strength and their soul.
If you enjoy this women-centric blog/vlog, you’ll learn so much more from Emily in our full Living 4D conversation and I hope you’ll check it out!
