Creating Your E.C.H.O. Environment For Personal Growth

Happy Thursday!

I hope you are all doing well today.

I had a great day yesterday. I was not only productive, I worked with clients and I was able to get into the gym for a nice workout of lunging, squatting, and reptilian crawling, which felt lovely; can’t let the backside fall down or I feel my age.

I’m taking the day off tomorrow because I’ll be working with Mike Salemi Saturday to progress his program in preparation for his next kettlebell competition.

Creating Your E.C.H.O. Environment For Personal Growth

In my vlog today, I share the importance of creating the optimal E.C.H.O. environment within, and around yourself for facilitating personal growth and inner-calm.

I created the E.C.H.O. Pattern™ concept to help people better understand what is essential for healthy living both within our own “ecology” and in the surrounding environments we live in. This is what E.C.H.O. stands for:

E: Energy. The capacity to do work. The capacity to create order.

C: Chemistry. Creating the optimal bio-chemical environment within yourself thorough the intelligent use of your 4 Doctors (book link here).

H: Hydration. Keeping your body well hydrated with water of optimal quality; see my book How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy! for specific instructions on choosing the best water for you.

O: Organics. We must eat high quality organic foods if we are to have a healthy internal environment (body).

These essential E.C.H.O. components are not only the essentials of a healthy internal environment, they are the exact criteria for creating and/or maintaining an optimal outer-environment.

In my video (below), I expand on these simple concepts with the intention of supporting you with essential tools for self-development.

I hope you enjoy the video. If I don’t have time to put up another blog before the weekend, I hope you enjoy it until I can share the next vlog edition.

Love and chi,
