Leading The Centered Life
No one is truly born into a centered life.
What’s more, life is so full of distractions that a centered life can be hard to achieve.
But what exactly is it?
The amazing Huston Smith says living a centered life is one in which tensions disappear…
Although his definition is truly beautiful, it doesn’t take into consideration the life experience and maturity many people don’t have or the techniques we must master that allow us to stay in our center.
In the meantime, too many people get addicted by the drama, and that leaves them on the sidelines of life wanting more but not knowing how to do it.
My good friend and Living 4D guest Dr. Keith Witt says, in almost any life situation, we have two distinct choices: Create drama or create choices.
This week, I want to share some of the techniques and tools I’ve used for a very long time and shared with my students and clients to protect my center.
If you want to learn how to make the best decisions for yourself, your family and your career, spend some time with me this week and explore the centered life…
Love and chi,
Paul
