I recall a saying derived from Yogic principles that reminds us, “If you don’t go within, you will go without.”

What that means to me: If you don’t spend the time you need to get to know yourself and learn how to manage your mind, you will live an anxious, uneasy life without inner peace.

In other words, you live a distracted, out-of-focus life running from one event to another, not unlike making dinner while listening to loud orders coming from the next room, and at the very same time trying really hard not to burn your favorite meal.

Consider this week’s blog a good reminder about how my 4 Doctors — especially Dr. Quiet — support your ability to go within with breathwork, rest, meditation and sleep being the best tools to achieve it.

I’ll also share four simple meditations I use every day to help me achieve the inner peace I need to accomplish everything I need to do in a given day and still have enough in the tank to be the best version of myself for my family.

Love and chi,
