Embracing 2018 With Confidence

Happy New Year!

My dream is that all of you live your dreams in 2018. To do that, we need to be confident in ourselves and our ability to create what we want in our life and relationships.

In my vlog today, I share some essentials about creating confidence in 2018 and beyond.

I’ll give you an overview of my 4 Doctors model, and show you how it applies, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally.

Embracing With ConfidenceThe physical challenges most people face are symptoms or expressions of unresolved emotional pains from the past that continue to act as triggers, activating unconscious behaviors that are often antagonistic to our well-being.

The truth continues into the domain of mind when we realize that all thoughts, ideas or beliefs trigger emotional responses. Then, those emotions trigger associated images to arise within us, which we can only interpret at a cognitive level by assigning thoughts to them.

By the time most people are teenagers, they have developed such a huge backlog of unconscious, fear-based triggers and defense programs that they often sabotage their well-intentioned plans with unconsciously driven behaviors.

Eating in ways that aren’t ideal, exercising or not exercising in ways that don’t serve us, not getting enough sleep or rest, or not trusting ourselves are common examples of how we end up not creating what we want.

This week, I share why it is important to understand my “I-We-All” model of sharing love.

Only when we get honest with love and care for ourselves can we ever bring integrity and confidence into our relationships. That first and primary relationship is always the one you have with “yourself.”

I hope you enjoy my vlog presentation today.
