Making Healthy Decisions About Your Diet

Good Monday to you!

I haven’t posted a blog for the past couple of weeks as I have been very busy moving both my home, my gym and my office. We are now setting up the new location, and I expect it will take another couple of weeks to be all moved in.

In the meantime, here is a great question that I was asked as part of the recent Q&A episode on my Living 4D With Paul Chek podcast.

People have very strong beliefs at the very least about two important things: What they eat and how they worship God (or don’t).

What happens when those two variables (dogmas) converge, especially when someone is bound up to one particular way of eating or looking at God at the exclusion of everything else?

Making Healthy Decisions About Your Diet

When it comes to diet or religion, many of us get too wound up about “isms,” creating imbalances that tip the scales, often at the expense of our physical and mental health.

I often get asked questions about diets, religion and ethical food sources — the subject of this week’s blog/vlog — so I thought I’d share my response to this one with you.

The most important thing to remember when it comes to dealing with any kind of “ism,” be it a belief in a higher power or the foods you may or may not choose to eat, is to listen to what your soul and body is telling you.

If this sounds really familiar to you, it should. This is part and parcel of my Primal Pattern® Eating principles I’ve discussed a lot in the past. (You can go deeper into my philosophies on healthy eating by taking my Primal Pattern® Eating course too.)

Love and chi,

Paul

P.S. By the way, I mention a lot of interesting books in this vlog you can review for yourself by checking out my resources page for Episode 76.
