Are You Getting Enough Fiber In Your Life?

Are You Getting Enough Fiber In Your Life?Happy Monday! Is it feeling A LOT WARMER where you live in the Northern Hemisphere?

Before I jump into this week’s blog/vlog, I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU!!! to everyone who responded to my recent photo on my Facebook and Twitter pages about the books that are turning you on and making your life better.

Only one of you responded with How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy!, so I’ll take that as a great sign that some of you are getting the message…

Speaking of messages, a number of you have asked me for additional thoughts about my recent Living 4D With Paul Chek podcast conversation with Dr. Paul Saladino regarding his Carnivore Diet approach and nose-to-tail eating.

In fact, during my recent Q&A Living 4D podcast, a listener asked about the importance of fiber in our daily diets compared to eating approaches that eliminate it altogether, the subject of this week’s blog/vlog.

Before you watch my vlog, I can’t emphasize the importance of this one question enough: Are you paying really close attention to what your body is telling you based on your own eating habits?

For now, Paul Saladino’s body is able to handle this Carnivore style diet but I’m watching him closely to see how long this lasts.

Eating fiber is really beneficial for your body, if for no other reason than it keeps your colon clean by sweeping toxins and parasites out of your body naturally.

If you’re not getting enough fiber, one of the first signs of trouble may be lots of skin problems. As the toxicity grows, it can lead to adrenal fatigue or a complete burnout resulting disruptions in your sleep and problems with mental clarity.

Diet dogmas can be a real problem that get in the way of your health. If you’re having problems with your health and you’re concerned about your diet, I strongly recommend reviewing part 4 of my Fastest Way to Health series where I discuss the many variables of my diet philosophy in even greater depth.

Love and chi,

Paul
