I Love Dirt!

Good day to All!

I hope your week is flowing beautifully.

Natalya Mammadova, Russian volleyball player and her trainer Boris came back to finish her training with me yesterday. I’ll be working with them through the weekend.

InchwormNati

Here you can see me working with Natalya to teach her how to use her head (and not her shoulders) with the Infant development exercise, the Inch worm. This exercise will teach Nati new motor pathways as a preventive measure to keep her from re-injuring her shoulder once she returns full time to her season.

I Love Dirt!
Today, I share some of my knowledge and concerns regarding our soil worldwide. As I explain in the video, our whole life, our very existence as human beings on planet earth, depends upon the health of our soils.

We are at a tipping point in the evolution of the human journey; we have advanced specific technologies such as chemical weapons, electronic systems, food processing systems, banking systems, education systems, and governmental systems that are all failing. Our soils are in very bad shape overall due to abuse of chemical weapons against food parasites.

Voting of presidents that make promises that are seldom ever kept hasn’t proven a successful way to implement change.

In my video, I share my feelings as to the importance of “voting with your dollars”; if you don’t buy it, then can’t afford to keep making it! In this instance, if we stop buying food from commercial farmers that are destroying our soils, then they will have to start conforming to market demand.

If we collectively wise up and demand life affirmative practices from corporations affecting our food, water, air and environment in general, we can rehab the soils before major disasters emerge.

I hope you enjoy the video.

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
