You Become the Technology With Mike Salemi

Ah HO! and welcome back to my blog!

I’ve spent so much time recording interviews for my Living 4D With Paul Chek podcast — not to mention working on some secret projects I can’t wait to share with you (that book!) — and working with clients, I haven’t had the time to do much blogging.

I’ve been wanting to get back to it for a long while but I’ve been waiting for the right time and the right thing to talk about…

Typically, I don’t like promoting the work of others on Living 4D or on my blog. It takes away from the mission of what we’re doing at the CHEK Institute.

The last time I shared kettlebell champion Mike Salemi with you here, we talked about spirituality, a subject you wouldn’t expect to hear during a conversation about exercise or kettlebells.

This week, I feel very moved to share this video excerpt from my very recent Living 4D conversation with Mike about his Kettlebell Lifestyle program.

You Become the Technology With Mike Salemi

With COVID-19 closing gyms all over the place, I felt there was a real need for an exercise program that guides people step-by-step and gives them the support they need.

If there was anyone who could do this well and with an emphasis on my core principles, it’s Mike with his training as a CHEK Professional.

Right now, Mike’s Kettlebell Lifestyle program is being used by people in 20 different countries from all walks of life, from firefighters and construction workers to cooks and athletes, so it’s been beta-tested in real time like crazy.

What makes this Mike’s program really special is its emphasis in 4 Doctors principles, such that you can take what you’ve learned and use it with other training regimens.

In other words, once you understand the principles Mike teaches, YOU become the technology your body needs. You don’t need gadgets or biohacks of any sort.

You’re so tuned into what your body needs, you know what to do intuitively so you’ll know just how much training you can handle without hurting yourself.

That’s really important knowledge to have, given that the average person overestimates her/his competency or skill level by about 70 percent!

If you like what you see in my video and are interested in learning more about Mike’s Kettlebell Lifestyle program, right now he’s offering Living 4D listeners a special 20 percent discount on his program and with lifetime access too.

I couldn’t be prouder of Mike and what he’s accomplished. I hope you agree…

Love and chi,

Paul
