The Origins of Working In With Mindy Mylrea

Have you ever heard someone share a concept or idea you thought you had created all on your own? To my huge surprise, that happened to ME recently on my Living 4D podcast in my conversation with Mindy Mylrea!

Mindy and I are the same age (61) and have been on the same health/fitness journey teaching people and working with clients for a long time.

But I was surprised very pleasantly when Mindy mentioned that she had coined the concept of working in too as a way to incorporate movement throughout the day, not just in the gym.

Many of you know my personal story of how I got started so, for this special blog/vlog, I want to share Mindy and her journey in the health and fitness industry that included her own flavor of Creating the Work-In.
