The Dangers of Belly Button Rings

 

Happy Friday everybody! Sorry for the lateness of this week’s vlog, but life has a habit of getting in the way of… life.

This week’s vlog concerns a subject I’ve spoken about countless times in conferences all over the world. Unfortunately, this is critical information that hasn’t connected with the mainstream media as deeply as it really should’ve.

I’ve seen countless health problems among my clients due to electromagnetic fields (EMF) interfering with the metal in people’s bodies, whether it’s belly button rings, nose rings, earrings or other things (metal from surgical or dental procedures that aren’t so easy to remove).

When it comes to having the option NOT to put metal in or on your body, I share some things in my vlog that can help you discover the negative effects of EMFs and suggest some ways you can even test for this on your own.

I began noticing this years ago because I understood what fascia connective tissue is and how it works in the human body.

Although it is composed largely of water, fascia is an electret substance (one that produces electromagnetic energy or charge when it’s deformed). Because fascia is 95 percent water, it’s been shown to have an almost infinite capacity to respond to electromagnetic frequencies. It’s also a conductor of energy, and it will conduct electricity.

When we have a body that’s a web of fascia, and inside the fascia is water, this means that we’re highly sensitive to electromagnetic pollution.

In the book, The Body Electric: Electromagnetism and The Foundation Of Life by Dr. Robert Becker and Gary Selden, you’ll find a chart that shows how much our industrial society has increased our exposure to background electromagnetic pollution in the environment by thousands of times 24/7, just since 1900.

Even in places you’d think there wouldn’t be any, we still have lots of it due to military technology, satellites, cell phone towers on top of mountains and all sorts of stuff.

All of this exposure just from the technologies we’re exposed to at work and our homes from microwaves, cell phones and wireless networks — that’s just a few of them — bombards us with energies that can have a very stimulating effect on our bodies, hormonal systems and nervous systems.

It may look good, but what’s it doing to your body?

This can lead to a wide variety of problems in the body, from chronic fatigue and inflammation to mental confusion and other very strange and unusual symptoms that many doctors and therapists aren’t familiar with and often misdiagnose.

Over the years, I’ve been traveling around the world doing lectures and demonstrations on how the human core functions. It was very common for me to ask women in the audience if they were having problems with their low back pelvic girdle, menstrual cycles or any kind of pain syndromes.

Then, I’d ask how many of them were wearing a belly button ring. Often, I’d bring them up on stage and have them do some very simple core function tests I describe in How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy! to determine if their core was functioning properly.

They could feel quite clearly that their core wasn’t working properly. So, I’d ask them to remove their belly rings. Ninety-nine times out of 100, either there was a complete correction and their core started working properly or there was significant improvement simply by removing the ring.

Earring options — some good, some not so good

Remember, inside and outside a conference hall, there’s many kinds of electronics being used and all of these energies are bombarding their bodies. And, yet they felt relief immediately.

If you’re experiencing any of the problems I’ve described here, do the core function testing in How to Eat, Move and be Healthy! with and without your belly rings, earrings or nose rings. It’s likely your core will test weak with these rings.

Then, take the rings out, and do the tests again, You’ll probably notice a significantly improved performance in your core.

It’s the first book I’ve seen that mentions the dangers of metal in or on your body and how it picks up electromagnetic pollution or frequencies that can be disruptive to your body.

Also, having a grounding mat — look for it on Earthing — helped me get rid of a lot of back pain by bleeding off a lot of electromagnetic pollution.
