Some down time after teaching!

One of the most nourishing things I do for myself at the end of my day is to go sit on the rocks in my front yard. My good friend and buddy Rory Mullen was here while I was teaching CP3 and HLC3. You can see Rory and Vidya and myself enjoying the golden light, re-grounding and connecting with the beautiful earth and sun energy during our time off in between courses!
