SO YOU WANT TO BE A NAVY SEAL DO YOU!

Happy Thursday to You!

I had a very busy day at work, though I’m not suppose to be at work! Funny how owning a business works ah! That said, I didn’t miss my tai-chi Thursday in the midst of it all, which is great.

Today is my play day, so I’m going to have a massage and spend time with friends.

SO YOU WANT TO BE A NAVY SEAL DO YOU!

The navy seals are one of several groups of elite soldiers that undergo cold water training to survive the rigors of their work.

Cold water training for elite soldiers is not only essential to teach them how to survive, it is very good for strengthening their bodies and minds.

If you don’t think you could handle being tossed into freezing waters that may come complete with waves and undercurrents and staying conscious enough to problem solve while you are freezing to death, chances are good you don’t have the stuff of a navy seal!

That said, you shouldn’t be self conscious about that.

Of the millions of soldiers in the world, only a micro fraction are physically, emotionally, and mentally capable of being in the elite military tactical groups.

What you CAN DO, right now for yourself, is learn how to use some of their strengthening secrets to make gains in the comfort of your own home!

Start With Cold Showers!

Cold showers offer the body a dose of yin (female) energy.

This is essential because water and water-energies are used in the body to counterbalance fire, or energy produced by metabolism, chemical reactions, thinking, and inflammation in the body.

By getting in the coldest shower your tap can deliver for 1-3 minutes each morning, you will find that your energy levels are much improved, and your need for stimulants reduced.

Men will find that taking a cold shower for as long as they can comfortably stand (up to 10 minutes) right before making love will significantly enhance their sexual performance.

Just be careful, because your girl(s) may have the hot water heater unplugged tomorrow!

Men who are infertile should wear boxer shorts to let their testicles have room to ventilate and take cold showers 1-3 times daily for at least three minutes.

But don’t blame me if all the sudden your girl gets pregnant!

I’ve been using this method most of my life and it could be a big contributor to the fact that I haven’t missed a day of work due to illness in my entire 28 year career.

The total body contraction caused by the shock of cold water has a harmonizing effect on all systems of the body. The cold shower functions in a manner very similar to rebooting a computer.

The link below will take you to an excellent article on the benefits of cold showers since I suspect some of you will need more convincing than just my blog because you enjoy being on dangerous medical drugs and having great relationships with surgeons instead of three minutes a day of cold water.

Today, for a wide variety of reasons, people run HOT. People in generally are suffering from excessive amounts of inflammation from poor diet and lifestyle choices. Anti-inflammatory drugs are the best sellers worldwide!

We also get hot because our technology has allowed us to create an artificial environment in our homes and workspaces.

When we keep the temperature constant for days on end, our bodies loose the need to exercise the thermo-regulatory system and other systems that must adapt to temperature and environmental stresses.

For example, when you get hot, the pours of your skin open and when you get cold they close to keep heat in.

This is an active process that requires functional action and even muscular action to respond effectively.

If we don’t exercise our inner-organs and glands effectively, we become very weak inside, which results in deterioration of our ability to effectively serve the bodies needs in response to physical wear and tear.

You can only be as healthy on the outside as you are on the inside!

Drinking good quality water and following the recommendations I offer for selecting and drinking water in my book, How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy! and my audio/workbook program, You Are What You Eat!, as an essential first step to create health.

By integrating these tips into your daily lifestyle, I guarantee you’ll enjoy a high degree of vitality and energy!

Enjoy!

Love and chi,
