Show-N-Tell With Paul

I hope you are doing great, and that you had a chance to watch my recent vblog Experiencing Joy.

Today, I’d like to celebrate the completion of our recent Golf Performance Specialist course in the UK, and share some personal highlights of Father’s Day and my recent creative expressions.

CHEK Golf Performance Specialist students in the UK

The June 16-18, 2017 Golf Performance Specialist course in the UK with C.H.E.K Institute Instructor Phil Loizides went great. Phil is a very experienced C.H.E.K Institute-Trained Professional and I’m sure his students were impressed with his depth of knowledge.

I’m excited that each of you are out there helping the golfers of the world live their dreams more effectively! Great job! I look forward to seeing you progress with your C.H.E.K Institute education.

My Stone Meditation Circle

For a recent workout, I took a bunch of my stacks down and made this slow walking meditation circle. I love being out there in the peace and beauty of nature.

Father’s Day

For Father’s Day, we took Mana to one of new his favorite places — the trampoline park!

Thank God for trampoline parks, water parks, Lego Land, the San Diego Zoo and the beach… because this little guy is TNT!

Cheeky Mana

On any given day, Mana can run all of us ragged. When my family was visiting a while back — there were nine of us — he wore them all out one at a time. When my buddy Rory was visiting recently, Mana taught him that a gym is wimpy stuff compared to “Mana play!”

He can walk, climb, push and pull, ride and “destroy” things almost endlessly. When I come home at night, Angie is totally pooped. Then, it’s my turn to get pooped, but I love it. We go on long walks, climb hills, climb my stone-step pathway, climb the water charger and more. He is one healthy child!

The CHEK water park is now open!

Angie got Mana his own little water park. No surprise, he recently trashed the pool he had. Mana tried to climb on top of it when it was empty and upside down, something it was definitely not designed for! So, we stepped up our game and he loves it!

Making faces

Sometimes, when I come home from work at night, I’ll put my face on the window and blow air so my lips expand and it makes a really funny face. Now, Mana likes to do his own variations on that new routine. It makes for some very greasy windows…

Thanks for sharing with me today.

I hope you are all having fun!

Love and chi,

Paul Chek
