NY and Montreal!

Wow, NYC is very loud and very electrical. I found myself challenged this trip to find a quiet place away from people, sirens and the long shadows of buildings. Overall though, I taught some really great sessions at ECA this year. It seemed like attendance was down, although I saw a lot of my students who attended the Pre-Con Sci Shoulder on Thursday and I met some new people too – so thanks everyone! I hope you were able to take away some good tips and feel inspired to work with people’s challenges in your own practices. Keep up the good work!

I’m off to Montreal here in a couple of days to present at MuscleUp more functional exercise later this week. I’ll see you there!
