I lectured to 500 trainers today!

Hello From Fit Pro in Loughborough, England.

The sun finally stuck it’s lovely face to warm the land around!

I had a nice sun meditation last night and this morning, and am heading out to do some toning and sun meditation with our UK International Affiliate, Gavin Jennings and one of my friends and budding instructors(!), Duncan Reeve.

As you can see in my photos here, I spoke to a LOT of trainers today. I did two workshops on core control with 500 or more in each session.

The workshops were very well received, so that was fun.

I hope you enjoy my post on vegetarian eating and the whole misconception of, well, being vegetarian in the traditional sense of the word.
