How To Be A Holistic Santa

Happy Monday!

I hope you all had an enjoyable week and weekend with family and friends.

I hope you enjoyed my last video blog on the eight integrative factors of tai-chi.

I have been working flat out for almost three weeks now preparing the new HLC2 Advanced Training Program for our launch Wednesday, here in Carlsbad, CA.

It’s been a lot of work, but I’ve experienced a lot of joy creating the new program because I know how powerful the simple methods I teach are since I use them every day in my own life and professional practice.

Today, in my video blog I share ways your can be a Holistic Santa, and give the gift of health and healing wisdom to those you love and care about.

As I share in my vlog, I’ve spent pretty much my entire life researching, testing, refining, and implementing the best health and exercise research available in my practice, and education programs for the public and professionals.

In my video blog today, I give a quick review of the following products:
