Hello from Sydney!

Hello from beautiful Australia!!

I have a moment in between teaching HLC2 at Myall Shores to catch up on my blog. Internet connection has been a challenge to say the least, but I really want to share with you my journey.

Vidya and I arrived last Sunday to a warm, beautiful and sunny day after about a 16 hour flight from LA. We went shopping at one of my favorite little shops in Sydney: Ovvio Organics https://www.ovvioorganics.com.au/ where my dear and beautiful friend, former student and naturopath Anthia Koullouros dispenses lovely organic herbs and teas, essential oils and other items. We stocked up on some lovely supplies for our stay while in Australia. For anyone living in or near Sydney, Anthia’s shop is a wonderful resource. Anthia herself is very knowledgeable and is a very beautiful woman as she is in her soul. Thank you Anthia for your continued support of my teachings and sharing with me your lovely blends. I truly enjoy them and am nourished by your love!
