Healing Art & Tasty Corn Tortillas!
Happy Tuesday to You!
I hope you are all well.
Sorry I didn’t get a blog up yesterday. I was very busy and needed every moment I had to meet deadlines…
I had a lovely weekend at home relaxing. I spent a lot of time in my garden Sunday building rock stacks and relaxing with nature. It was surprisingly warm out and by the end of the day, I was pretty hot and dried up, but a cold shower did the trick.
We took our art supplies outside and enjoyed an amazingly beautiful, sunny, warm day here at my Heaven House.
We all had a great time expressing our inner-world in color and shape. The them of our art was the five elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether/space.
We all used the same colors to make our art pieces, and afterwards, I did an art therapy reading on each of the paintings made by Vidya, Wayne and Patty.
I painted the “Fountain of Abundance” for my wife, Penny.
Penny has been at my side working very hard to grow the C.H.E.K Institute for over 17 years now. We’ve been through a lot of challenges together in the process of running and growing an international holistic health education business.
Our work together has taken us around the world many times and Penny has always been right there through thick and thin. She’s the best friend I’ve ever had, and the greatest lover I’ve ever known.
I really feel 2014 is a special year for the institute, and for Penny. Soon she’ll have her pilot’s license, and we can enjoy taking little trips places together just for fun.
Thanks for all your love and support Babe!
Tasty Corn Tortillas!
Today in my video, I share how anyone can easily make a very healthy, tasty organic treat out of organic sprouted corn tortillas. It’s very easy, so men that don’t enjoy cooking, and even kids can do it; if I can do it, you can do it .
I hope you enjoy my vlog today and I’m sure you will be in bliss when you make yourself some organic corn tortillas with your favorite healthy toppings on them!
I’m getting ready to have some very welcomed time off at the end of the week through the Holidays and into the new year! I look forward to sharing along the way.
Love and chi,
