Heal Your Past To Change Your Future

In my video blog today, I share how our past and our future influence each other in the present and sometimes it can be painful.

When you heal the past you can heal your future! Facing your fears is like the firewalk of life. At some point it’s a choice and that provides an opportunity to create more freedom in your life.

The principles I teach are quite simple and logical, and can be applied by anyone that has a genuine interest in experiencing more love, freedom, and creating their dreams with minimal resistance.

I hope you enjoy my vblog today!

Congratulations to Leigh Brandon and his students for completion of Leigh’s amazing Tennis Biomechanic’s training program, which parallels his book titled, The Tennis Biomechanic’s Manual.

I hope each of you that attended has a great time and that you are excited to share your new skills with the tennis players of the world!

If you know of people that want to optimize their game, and longevity in the sport, feel free to have them check out Leigh’s great book here: The Tennis Biomechanic’s Manual.

Breast Feeding Tips with Angie Chek

Doctors were recommending that mothers NOT breastfeed their babies not so long ago in the early 1970’s. We’ve made a 180-degree turn since then.

And that’s a good thing as Angie Chek shows in her post for the CHEK Blog this week.

We’ve learned an awful lot about why breastfeeding is the healthiest choice for your child if you can do it.

But sometimes, for medical reasons, it isn’t possible to breastfeed. What should a mother do then?

In the first of her regular Healthy Mom contributions, Angie tackles that very question.

Read her post here on the C.H.E.K Institute Blog:
https://chekinstitute.com/blog/healthy-alternatives-to-breastfeeding/

It all comes down this, if breastfeeding your baby isn’t an option, then choosing the right formula becomes supremely critical.

Angie shares the six most important things a mom should be looking out for when selecting the best formula for her baby’s health.

In addition to formula choices, Angie offers resources for making your own formula, as well as how to find a milk donor.

Show-N-Tell With Paul

Mana Bumi!

Mana celebrated his first Valentines day playing in the garden with the new tools Angie got him. He Loves the dirt and stones…go figure!

Mana LOVES water, which means the bath too! We just love his playfulness and natural beauty. Sorry, I’m in love with my little guy…

The field across from out house was dried dirt with nothing on it before we started getting the recent rains. Now it is a paradise of yellow flowers.

I took Mana for a “flower walk” and he enjoyed feeling them.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my blog today.

I look forward to sharing more next week.

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
