I wanted to share this excellent article written by CHEK Faculty and Naturopath Matt Wallden, MSc Ost Med, BSc (Hons) Ost Med, DO, ND, published in the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies, Volume 19, Issue 4, 697 – 711.

“But we’re infinitely more complex than a car”: A systems approach to health & performance, is a must read.

Matthew’s very powerful, timely editorial, which does a great job of “politely exposing the need for people to look deeper into the CHEK teachings.”

I encourage all CP/HLC students to subscribe to the journal because it is one of the few journals that is offering very relevant information to our tribe.

Elsevier has changed their policy to allow Editorials to receive the sharelink so people CAN now access the article without paying until January 28, 2016.
