A DAY OF ART AND INNER-EXPLORATION

Happy Tuesday to You!

I had a full and beautiful day yesterday. I hope you did too!

My day was devoted to my Zero-Force Coaching client Jason Pickard and his lovely girlfriend, Jacquie. Every now and then, Jason comes to visit me for some personal coaching, exercise modifications and methods, tai-chi, and some time in the rock garden together.

When I do inner-work with clients, I’m often guided by my soul to create a mandala to encapsulate and guide the experience. This trip, Jason let me know that he was bringing his girlfriend, who I’ve only done a little work with in the past.

Knowing that, I felt that creating a mandala would give me the information I needed to create the optimal environment for our work together.

Sunday, I sat down and went into meditation and connected to Jason and Jacquie’s souls and asked for guidance as to how to create the optimal environment and learning experience for them.

Over the span of several hours, this is the mandala that came through me. I knew when it was done that we would have a perfect day together; I knew that healing would come through joyous experience instead of the pain that can come with peeling away layers of ourselves we need to shed for our own good.

My drawing shows the spirit of my fichus tree in my front yard. My “very large” fichus tree is surrounded by a circle of bricks with beautiful vegetation surrounding the root structure within the circle.

I often lay under the fichus tree alone or with Vidya dreaming, drawing or meditating. I also do a lot of tai-chi there on the weekends when it’s warm due to the beautiful shady area it creates.

My mandala showed me that we would relax deeply enough to feel the spirit of the fichus tree. I saw that we would be in our experience until the sun was just dropping below the horizon, but that through our work together, the sun would rise within us to the point of enhanced self-awareness, symbolized by the sun rising our of the fichus spirit’s crown.

The fichus spirit is represented as both the male, and the female in harmonious co-creation. This showed me that Jason and Jacquie would come together out of love and to share their unique co-creative abilities.

The being in silver to the left, looking in represents the consciousness of the stars, suggesting that we are all being watched and loved by consciousness throughout the universe at all times. The banner of stars and galaxies represents that we live in a yin-yang polarity and that what appears as a duality is really a unity of co-creative Self-Expression.

Jason and Jacquie’s flight was delayed several hours yesterday so they were late getting in and a bit tired. When Vidya and I had the urge to draw, they were tired so I encouraged them to stay on the ground and relax and just jump in with Vidya and I when they felt ready.

After a while, they added their beauty to our creation and this is what we ended up with: the mandala we all created together.

I really love our mandala. It is rich with our own love and experiences, yet together, it becomes even more beautiful.

I really love seeing what is created when I get my friends, clients, and students together for healing art projects.

Here you can see Jason and Jacquie laying under my fichus tree looking at the mandala they created with Vidya and I.

We all had a great time with Native American drumming, chanting and singing, and tai-chi.

I had to open my stone water charger to get enough water for everyone to enjoy so I showed Jason and Jacquie its inner space.

Here you can see the Evian bottles inside the stone charger. Just as you see the sunlight coming through the charger into the bottles, the moon light also illuminates them at night.

The water collects the energies from the earth, sun, moon and stars in general, as well as the pretty faces of all the rabbits, squirrels, lizards and creatures that visit.

Many times I’ve seen rabbits and other creatures in the water charger looking into the glass bottles. It’s as though they are perplexed by their image, as well as the water. They seem confused because they know its water in the bottles, but can’t seem to figure out how to get some of it.

I get great joy knowing I’m drinking their presence.

When I first shared the water with Jacquie, she noticed right away that this water is wetter than normal water. My stone water is very unique and healing. It definitely changes its energetic qualities.

Sometimes, depending on how I’ve configured the stones and what stones I use, the water will actually taste like stones, which is quite cool considering the water never touches the stones!

Well, that’s my update for today. I’m off to Toronto with Vidya early tomorrow morning to get ready for our PPS Success Mastery Lesson 1: How To Find and Live Your Legacy workshop this upcoming weekend and Can Fit Pro presentations and workshops Thursday – Sunday, August 16-19.

I’m looking forward to meeting new students and to see many of my faithful students along the way.

I’ll put up another blog as soon as I can from the road!

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
