Full Moon Fall Equinox

Hello Everyone!

I hope you are all enjoying yourselves.

I’ve been very busy meeting deadlines. That said, I’ve been taking weekends off when my schedule allows and truly enjoying my garden and hiking in the hills behind my house. I love hiking in my Fivefingers (shoes) because they allow me to feel the earth. Last Sunday, I was hiking alone and wanted to feel the dirt and rocks with my bare feet so I entered into a barefoot meditation as I hiked. I’ve always found it interesting to notice that the deeper I go into meditation, the more birds and animals come around. I’ve found that the less in our heads we are, the more approachable, the more safe they feel we are. Surely, there’s a beautiful lesson there ah!

Well, I’m off to Inner Idea in Palm Desert to lecture Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I enjoy the Inner Idea conference much more than their regular conferences because people seem more open to the message of my teachings.

Vidya and I will be visiting my friend Sven Hansen at his lovely home there for Full Moon and the Fall Equinox will take place on the 23rd. We will get to enjoy seeing and feeling the powers of nature in a very beautiful way. I hope you all get to enjoy nature and find some peace-points in your life along the way. As much as I love my work, I love doing nothing, having no schedule or plan just as much.

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
