Monitoring Body Fluids 4 Your Health

Happy Wednesday!

I hope your week is flowing along as beautifully as mine.

My buddy Rory Mullen arrived from Toronto yesterday for a little R&R! It’s always great to have the “falcon” here.

I’ll be covering a couple of topics today.

Monitoring Body Fluids 4 Your Health

The River Of Life

My art (above) tells a story about water – about how water is an essential catalyst in the creation of life. Everything about living on this planet is about water.

When the water we give living beings such as plants, animals and humans is clean and provides the right balance of energy, chemistry, and (micro) organisms, it supports life and life thrives.

We are more water in composition than anything else with the average person being about 70% water.

Every one of the approximately 6 billion biochemical reactions in our body each second is water dependent. Every system in our body is water dependent.

We have many specialized fluids in our body, such as blood, lymphatic fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, vitreous humor (fluid in your eyes), special fluid in the inner-ear, urine, sweat, digestive juices, feces (which is 70% water on average), synovial fluid in joints, semen, seminal carrier fluid, vaginal secretions, and more…

By being aware of changes in our body fluids provides essential information we can use to make adjustments in our diet and lifestyle to facilitate balance within.

In my video blog today, I share information on how you can learn about your body by monitoring the following body fluids:

  • Sweat
  • Urine
  • Feces
  • Saliva
  • Eye fluids
  • Ear wax, and
  • Vaginal secretions

As I explore ways to learn useful information about yourself by monitoring these fluids, I suggest looking at key indicators such as:

  • Smell
  • Taste (salty/sweet)
  • Color
  • Thickness
  • Ease of passage, and
  • Frequency

I hope you enjoy learning more about how to monitor your body fluids as an essential means of keeping yourself healthy, vital, and beautiful.

Please keep yourselves hydrated for your sake!
