Midwest Mania
Many of you know that I am a regular speaker at many fitness conferences each year. After Hawaii I was a home for 1 day – YEAH I KNOW – 1 DAY!! before I flew off to Chicago – and they don’t call it the windy city for nothing . . . what a shock after balmy days and nights in paradise . . . but as usual, so many wonderful people who are interested in the truth.
