Traversing mind, body, and spirit, is the truest and most fundamental journey we have in the universe. I have been referred to often times as a "philosopher physician" which I am honoured and humbled to accept as a designation and description of the healing modalities I am privileged to employ with my patients. I am most fortunate to be working with Mark Herbert here in Austin, and we have a deep regard and respect for the "sacred spaces" which we create and share. I believe you are a visionary, as was Dr. Joseph Pilates and Dr. Ida Rolfe. Both found the core and the pelvis to be the true center of the body, the residing place of the Kundalini chakra.
