I’m working through the weekend!
There is never a dull moment in my life! This weekend we have sold out on 2 functional seminars that I’ll be teaching here at the Institute: Integrated Stretching: The Art and Science of Flexibility and Scientific Shoulder. Many of my clients and friends will be here and I’m going to have lots of fun working with all the students.
