HOW TO STACK ROCKS AND CULTIVATE LIFE-FORCE ENERGY (Part 2 of 4)

Hi and Happy Summer Solstice to All!

I hope you are enjoying our little series on the methods, joy of, and healing benefits of rock~work. So simple. So powerful. 😉

I’ve been busy dealing with client challenges, getting ready for the CHEK Conference, working on book revisions, preparing for staff meetings, and of course, eating well, meditating, and exercising.

My new webinar, How To Live Your Dream Line runs Thursday, 12-1:30pm pdt.

I’m really excited to share a method of helping you follow your Dream Line I developed. Once one is clear on their dream(s) and the values that ultimately facilitate them, having a method of objectively assessing your congruence with our stated values becomes as valuable as your gas gage, tachometer, and oil pressure gage in your car.

Remember, feedback is the breakfast of champions! I

f you have an interest in joining or looking deeper into the Dream Line webinar offering, feel free to visit www.ppssuccess.com and you can learn more about our special offer for people that purchase the 1-2-3-4 For Overcoming Addiction, Obesity, and Disease program.

Now that you are up to date with my life and offerings, let’s get back to playing with rocks!

Choosing Rocks and Creating Polarity

One of the most common questions I get is how to choose rocks. Another common question I get is how I know what rocks to use to create specific energetic responses or energy types. I’ll address both questions here.

When you want to collect or purchase rocks, a differentiation should be made between rocks that you desire to stack, and rocks that you desire to create forms or patterns out of.

In this image, you can see one of my rock patterns that Vidya and I created in my front yard some time ago.

Rocks can be used the same way you would use pens or paints to create and color. When choosing rocks to create patterns, it is important to choose a wide variety of colors, shapes and sizes based on what your intended creation needs in terms of ingredients.

If you aren’t sure what you want to create, then do what I did; I just collected and purchased a wide variety of rocks and gemstones and stored them in containers to be used at will.

A few summers ago, Vidya and I drove up to visit my Dad and my brother on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.

My brother Dusty is a mountaineering and caving guide who also shares a love of rocks and artistic expression. Here, you can see an example of how he used a variety of little rocks to create art right on the kitchen counter top.

This kind of rock art expression is very portable and the patterns and artistic expressions possible are limited only by your imagination.

Because of the open-ended possibilities with rock art, you have a great opportunity to create novelty instead of doing what you’ve always done, or doing what everyone else is doing. This is an excellent practice for developing open-mindedness.

Polarity

Though I could get intellectual and elaborate in my explanations of rocks and their polarities, it isn’t essential to have any training in electronics or electromagnetic science to create living energy circuits with rocks. If we stick to the two basic forces or polarities that create the entire universe, we end up with yin – the feminine, and yang – the masculine.

The degree of how dark in color a stone is expresses how potentially yin it is and the degree that a stone approaches white, or clear, such as a clear quartz crystal determines how yang it is.

If you think of yin-stones like light-sponges – light absorbers and yang-stones as light-givers or expressers, you are well on your way to understanding the basics of stone polarities. The more yin a stone, the more light it draws into itself and tries to hold, like a sponge holds water.

That said, once a yin stone saturates with light or energy, it becomes like a pregnant woman who’s water has just broken or a sponge that is so full of water that it begins to ooze.

The key nature of yin stones is that they draw energy inward.

Yang stones get more yang as they go upward from dark to light, and reach maximum expression when they become clear, such as crystals and diamonds. Unlike yin stones, yang stones don’t hold onto energy or light like a sponge.

They act more like a flashlight, expressing all their light until, like a flashlight, their energy is drained. If there is a light-source a yang stone is exposed to, such as the sun or moon, the yang-stone will act akin to an electrical conductor, broadcasting it’s light and/or energy outward.

If the stone has a specific shape, the shape influences the direction of projection just like the lens of a flashlight influences the direction and nature of light-projection.

If you look at my image here, at the top of the little stack in the back of center, you see a rock with both white and black in it. In the middle rock in the little stack front-center, you see another stone with a lot of white and some black.

Whenever there is a combination of colors in a stone, you will get a stone that both draws energy into itself (yin) and expresses that energy. Such stones act like both the flashlight expressing light (yang), and the batteries (dark, yin) that absorb and contain energy.

The combination of colors and stone types in any rock determine the amount, and nature of the energy expressed.

By becoming familiar with the various types of energy expressed in various rocks, you can couple that with your knowledge of the human body-mind and energy fields to select rocks to balance or energize the body-mind structure very specifically. This is the basis of using gemstones in healing sessions.

In our next edition of this series, I will share:

  • Creating Energy Circuits
  • Stones as light-catchers, and
  • Light Interference

For today, may the polarities of rocks be a source of levity, creative expression and fun!

Love and chi,

Paul Chek
