Family Reunion

Happy Monday!

I hope you are all living well, loving lots and growing each day.

I hope you enjoyed my “Take Back Your Health 2017” webinar presentation, and feel inspired to be the change.

I’m excited to know that more of us will be using the resources I shared, and sharing them with all the people we can.

In my blog today, I will share:

1. Family Reunion

2. C.H.E.K Advanced Training Program Completions

3. Show-N-Tell with Paul

Family Reunion

A family reunion can be a great way to let go of past wounds, and rise in love of each other and life itself.

It has been a very long time since my family has been together in the same place at the same time.

It has been about 15 years since I last connected with my sister, Kym, in person and I had not met her husband.

I had not seen my brother, Dusty, in some time either, and don’t get to see my sister, Barbara, or my son, Paul Jr., as often as I’d like.

As I share in my vlog today, I felt that it was time to bring us all together “in love” to celebrate life and each other, and connect and share each other’s company, food, music, play and stories.

Angie was feeling that this was important at the same time as I was, and I am grateful for her extensive planning and organizing work to make it all happen.

Like many families, we have all had some tough times in childhood among each other, and in our own lives.

We’d grown into the process of “dealing with life” independently, as our childhood was essentially one in which we were given adult responsibilities, and never really learned to “play together.”

My core family (who is still alive) is my mother, Meera, Kym, Dusty (my half-brother), and my step-sister, Barbara.

My step-father, Carl, isn’t in the photo, but is still working happily on our family farm on Vancouver Island (Courtenay), B.C., Canada.

Above, you can see my first son, Paul Chek Jr., my newest son, Mana with Angie Chek, his mother, me and my wife Penny Crozier; I have 2 wives.

Angie, Penny and I are in a mutual relationship living together this past 5 years.

Penny and I will celebrate our 20th anniversary in a couple of weeks!

Paul’s mother, Sue, came by too! It was really lovely to see her again and for everyone to catch up! It had been far too long!

I took them out to my stone labyrinth and we enjoyed walking it together and feeling the earth energies it generates.

We had a lot of fun together bowling, painting, exercising, sharing stories, eating, laughing, painting and more.

I was very excited to find that my sister, Barbara, had invited our longtime friend, Rhonda Fuller, to come visit too!

Rhonda is featured in my Swiss Ball and Medicine Ball videos. She’s an AMAZING athlete and all-around lovely woman.

It was so great for us all to see her, hug her and spend time with her!

Sunday, our close and dear friend Gunnila Blomberg, whose husband founded the famous Eleiko Barbell Co. in Halmstad, Sweden, and published my book How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy! in Swedish came to visit.

It was lovely to see Gunnila and share Mana with her. He really loved her, which is easy to do! Thanks so much for visiting us, Gunnila!

Family Reunion

In my vlog today, I share my thoughts and feelings about the healing power of a family reunion, and give some tips for making it happen from a place of love.

I share the process I used with my family for doing art “as joy” together, and a process I recommend you consider for creating your own family reunion.

When we come together in the spirit of love, MORE LOVE is experienced and shared, and everyone grows and feel more whole!

I hope you enjoy my video today!

Show-N-Tell with Paul

I recommend viewing the The Story Of Stuff.

I thought that this was a great video to help us be more conscious of the costs of accumulating more “stuff.”

It’s really worth watching!

I hope you’ve enjoyed my blog today!
