Thank you for your recent posts Paul, this accident must have been a true challenge. I wish you the best of luck for the whole healing process. Me and my family have the highest respect for you and your work. Through your book How to Eat Move and Be Healthy and your blog which encourages us to lead a healthy lifestyle and live our lives more fully. I am no expert but I managed to put on close to 10 kilos of muscle through bodyweight exercises, I used the TRX I discovered on your blog which allowed me to train outside and on the road. An additional benefit was that it permits gentle adjustments which help heal the multiple tendonitis I contracted because of a gluten intolerance.

this webinar sounds exciting!

I am curently in the UK, i would like to take part in the webinar but the PT time is to late for me, would there be an opportunity to listen to the webinar afterwards or at a different time?

This should be fun Paul! Looking forward to it. Eager to hear how you are getting your protein on the vegetarian diet. I’ve tried to cut back on animal protein but have a hard time getting enough when I’m in mountain biking season without loading up on a bunch of nut butters, when I have to start watching how much fat I’m eating.

Paul! I am digging your blog. Thank you for sharing your treasures of fascinating wisdom. I am so sorry to hear about your neck injury. How did this happen? is this an old or new injury? Whatever the case, I hope you are healing quick and strong.

Paul, this this program about the “Blood typing diet”. Where I am right now is I must get healthy, Overwhelmed, and financial certainty is missing. I am 59 and I feel very weak and 45 lbs overweight. Will the seninar be the best place to put my money or should I buy yet another book on HOW TO?
